We do not have a showroom and we operate 24/7 online shopping at affordable prices! We believe that through low overheads, low operating cost and no showroom rental or commission, we are able to provide you at lower prices!

Currently we only ship locally within Singapore
Is there any instalment plan?
(2) months instalment payment plan with no additional cost or fee. Contact us for more details.
Do you offer free delivery?
- Yes. We provide Free Delivery on all purchase above S$100
- Purchase below S$50 > S$6.90
- Purchase below S$100> S$12.90
Furniture include installation?
Yes. Inclusive of free installation to all furniture, unless otherwise stated. However, any assembly works onto walls or floor will not be provided
Can I make purchase now and deliver at a later date?
Yes, you can confirm your purchase in advance and delivery at later date. You can leave a note upon checkout for your preferred delivery date
How long do I have to wait before my order gets processed?
Within 1 – 2 working days. We will contact you to confirm the order and arrange for delivery
How long do you take to delivery?
- Delivery lead time within 2 – 5 working days. Unless otherwise stated
- For custom-made/customized items, not in stock, delivery lead time within 14 – 16 working days
What if there is a delivery delay?
We aim to provide efficient delivery to all our customers. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather condition/road traffic, the delivery time may vary. Or you can contact us by providing your Order Invoice Number at enquiry@uniko.sg or whatsapp/message us at +65 8930 1288.
What are the delivery day i can choose?
- Monday – Friday (not including Sunday and public holidays)
- From 9am – 6pm (standard delivery time range is 2-3hours)
- Our delivery team will contact you one day in advance to arrange for delivery timing
- The delivery date/time that you have chosen only serves as an indication of your preferred delivery date/time. We will make its best effort to fulfil your order during your requested date/time slot
Why do I need to wait so long for my customized/made to order furniture to be delivered?
By choosing to customize your furniture, every piece of furniture is unique with control over design and specifications. Thus, we need longer lead time as these custom-made/customize items are not mass produced.
Do you provide disposal/dismantle/relocate existing item?
- Sorry that, our service do not include of disposal/dismantle/relocate of existing items
- We recommend you to approach your town council for free bulky disposal service. For private properties, you may contact your building/estate management for assistance
What if my delivery location is not accessible by lift?
Additional Delivery fee for non-lift accessible floors: Do take note that there is a charge of $10 per item per floor, which must be collected by our delivery team before the completion of delivery.
What should I do if I received a wrong item?
You can either contact us at enquiry@uniko.sg or whatsapp/message us at +65 8930 1288 with your Order Invoice Number and we will take all necessary actions to rectify the problem for you.
What happen if the items received is defective?
You can either contact us at enquiry@uniko.sg or whatsapp/message us at +65 8930 1288 with your Order Invoice Number (with picture) and we will change it at the earliest possible date.
Can I trade in my old furniture?
Sorry that, we do not take trade-in any items.
Do you offer warranty for your furniture?
- All furniture from Uniko.sg comes with (6) months warranty against manufacturers defects(not including wear and tear or misuse)
- Mattress warranty can range from 1 year to 20 years depending on mattresses
