Delivery
- Delivery (Monday to Saturday) excluding public holidays, from (9am – 6pm)
- For items that are in-stock, we are able to deliver within 3-5 working days.
- For custom-made/customized items, lead time within 14-16 working days.
- Sometimes items might slightly delay, Due to shipping and custom clearance check.
- Delivery timing sometimes can be early or late, depends on weather and traffic condition, etc.
- Once the items are ready for delivery, our delivery team will contact you 1 day before to arrange delivery date and time.
- The delivery date/time that you have chosen only serves as an indication of your preferred delivery date and timing. We will make its best effort to fulfil your order during your requested date/time slot.
- It is required for customers to be present during the stipulated delivery time to avoid holding up the delivery team from their deliveries to other customers. We seek your understanding when it comes to delivery timings.
- We reserve the right to change the delivery date/time should there be any unforeseen circumstances.
Non Lift Level Surcharge
Additional charges may apply for items that is unable to fit in the lift or lift unserviceable, there is no lift and delivery via staircase.

(11 – 20 floor add on $30 per item per floor)

Delivery Of Multiple Items
Do take note that it is required that your combined orders be scheduled for the same delivery date and depends on stock available. Please notify us at least (2-3 days) in advance before the delivery date. Damage Policy
- We advise our customers to inspect the items carefully for damages. Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even being damaged during transportation. Should you detect any damage or defect e.g knocks, dent or cracks, inform us immediately by providing your Order Invoice Number(with defects picture) at enquiry@uniko.sg or whatsapp/message us at +65 8930 1288.
- You also have the right to reject the merchandise immediately if the item delivered is different from the product description or picture you saw on our website.
- We reserve the right to void the warranty of a merchandise within its warranty period should the product be found to have been subjected to adverse conditions, not exclusively or limited to conditions such as bad weather, abuse, or placement of the merchandise in publicly accessible locations that causes the merchandise to be subjected to damage, intentional or otherwise.
Return And Refund Policy
Request for refund should be made to us within 7 days from the delivery date for a full refund. The full refund amount will exclude any delivery, assembly, delivery timing, delivery location and/or staircase delivery surcharge paid when original order was made. Return trip to collect back after delivery ($60-$100) per items per trip. We treat all exchanges after delivery as returns (item must be in original packaging and un-open).
All products qualify for a return and refund except for the following:
- 1 set offer/as in product
- Clearance/as in product
- Customised items
- Modular Wardrobes
- Bedroom sets
- Products that require on-site assembly
- Products that are not in its new and original unopened condition
- Products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, discolored, dented, damaged and/or with traces of fragrance or odor.
- Products should be undamaged, unused, in a resalable condition and with its original packaging fully intact. Uniko.sg has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.
- Returns are free for local orders only and are not applicable to products exported out of Singapore.
- Our company may charge you for additional fees during the return trip.
- Staircase delivery charges, additional charges may apply for items that is unable to fit in the lift or lift unserviceable and delivery via staircase add on $10 per item per floor. If the returns are to be done in premises inaccessible via the lift, the surcharge will be charged again on the return trip.
- Delivery surcharge for selected location – $30. If the returns are to be done in surcharge locations, the surcharge will be charged again on the return trip.
- Delivery timing surcharge after 6pm at $90. If the returns are to be done after 6pm, the surcharge will be charged again on the return trip.
- Refunds for orders paid by cash on delivery or cheque will be refunded in the form of a cheque or transfer upon collection of returned item.
Exchange Policy
(item must be in original packaging and un-open)
You may wish to return the product that you want to exchange within (5) days and place a separate order for the product you wish to exchange too. Return trip to collect back after delivery ($60-$100) per items per trip. We treat all exchanges after delivery as returns. For the return and refund of the product you wish to exchange to, *our return and refund policy applies*.

Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, please notify us at least (2-3 days) before the delivery date. Do notice that custom-made/customized item in your order cannot be changed or cancelled once they are confirmed.
Disposal
- Our service does not include of disposal/dismantle/shift of existing items.
- We recommend you to approach your town council for free bulky disposal service. For private properties, you may contact your building/estate management for assistance.

There will be a 50% deposit or full payment required. Our team will contact you once order confirm. - If payment by cash is not received in full upon delivery, we reserve the right to remove all delivered items back to its warehouse. Strictly no changes of payment methods upon delivery will be entertained.
- All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Invoice
An invoice will be sent to you after the confirmation of order. We will contact you in 1 working days to confirm and arrange for delivery. Please retain the invoice for warranty purpose and as proof of purchase. Should there be any error in the details, please inform us immediately by providing your Order Invoice Number at enquiry@uniko.sg or whatsapp/message us at +65 8930 1288 during office hours.
Clearance and One Set Items Policy
Clearance and one set items are not entitled to return, exchange or refund. For clearance and one set items, defects will be clearly stated (if any) and no warranty apply.
Warranty
- All furniture comes with (6) months warranty against manufacturers defects (not including wear and tear or misuse)
- No warranty for items that are self-installed by customers
- Different mattress models have different warranty periods and these warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer and their terms and conditions. (which can range from 1 year to 20 years depending on mattresses)
- If you detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, You can either contact us by providing your Order Invoice Number(with defects picture) at enquiry@uniko.sg or whatsapp/message us at +65 8930 1288 with a brief explanation of the problem, and date of purchase. In most cases, repairs will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, we will do one to one exchange, or similar one of equal or greater price, depending on availability. Uniko.sg reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the replacement product, should an exchange be decided on.
- We strongly advise our customers to inspect the items carefully for damages when delivered. There is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even furniture being damaged during delivery. If you detect any damage or defect, please inform us immediately.
- For the hygiene purpose, we are not acceptance any return of quilt cover, quilts, mattress and pillows that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed and/or with traces of fragrance or odor.
The following items are not covered by warranty:
- Accessories/house-hold
- Bedding accessories category
- Clearance items
- 1 set offer/AS-IS items.
