Delivery Charges
  • Order must be at least S$100 or more to be eligible for Free Delivery.
  • Your delivery location must also be accessible via elevator, and on the same floor as the lift landing or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area.
Standard Delivery Charges
  • If your order does not qualify for Free Delivery, Standard Delivery Charges will apply.
  • Purchase below S$50 > S$6.90
  • Purchase below S$100> S$12.90
  • Purchase above S$100> Free Delivery
Delivery Lead Time
  • Delivery lead time within 2 – 5 working days unless otherwise stated
  • For customized items, not in stock, delivery lead time within 14 – 16 working days.
Delivery Day and Time
  • Delivery from Monday to Saturday (not including public holidays)
  • Delivery time from 9am – 6pm. Our standard delivery time range is 2-3hours (our delivery team will contact you one day in advance to arrange for delivery timing. Delivery timing sometimes can be early or late, depends on weather and traffic condition, etc.
Delivery Time After 6pm
  • For delivery requested to be scheduled after 6pm during standard delivery hours, there will be a S$90 surcharge. Our standard delivery time range is 2-3 hours.
  • EG: 6pm-8pm, S$90 surcharge per item apply.
  • No delivery after 8.30pm.
Non Lift Level Surcharge/Staircase Delivery

Additional charges may apply for items that is unable to fit in the lift or lift is unserviceable and delivery via staircase add on S$10 per item per floor.

Inclusive of free installation to all furniture.

Disposal/Dismantle/Relocate Existing Items
  • Our service do not include of disposal/dismantle/relocate of existing items.
  • We recommend you to approach your town council for free bulky disposal service. For private properties, you may contact your building/estate management for assistance.
Preferred delivery date/time
  • The delivery date/time that you have chosen only serve as an indication of your preferred delivery date/time. We will make its best effort to fulfil your order during your requested date/time slot.
